I'm currently living in San Francisco.

Recent photography, travel stories, and other tidbits can be found at my blog: dogmouth.net.

une chronique

I moved to California in 1996 and spent the next five years thinking about thinking at a farm near Palo Alto. Along the way, I spent a year in Firenze pointing lasers at a few of the local statues.

After a brief stint as a ski instructor at Jackson Hole, I spent 1½ years working in New Zealand as a lecturer at Victoria University. I returned to California in 2003 to join a cult and work on a few hard problems. After a few years, I needed a bit of fresh air and a change of scenery, but I'm still a cult member and happy to be living back in SF again.

Things To See

There's not much on this website anymore; my blog has all the interesting stuff.
